Maintenance and repair questions

Do you carry out the work yourselves?
No. Work is carried out by approved maintenance organisations, shipyards and specialists. We select them, obtain quotes, follow the work and keep you informed.
How are partners verified?
Before we use a partner we check its approvals or certifications, insurance and track record. Aircraft work is done only by approved organisations such as EASA Part-145 or FAA Part 145 repair stations.
Who do I contract with?
You contract directly with the repair organisation or shipyard on their terms. We act as your coordinator and point of contact. Any coordination fee is agreed in writing in advance.
Can you help with an aircraft on ground (AOG)?
Yes. Send us the aircraft type, location and fault, and we will contact suitable approved facilities and mobile teams near you.
