Atlas Aeromarine is a trading name of ATLAS SOVEREIGN LTD, a company registered in England & Wales. We are the controller of personal data submitted through this website. Contact: private@atlasaeromarine.com.

What we collect

When you use our forms we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone number, country, and information about the aircraft or yacht you wish to buy, sell or maintain.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, provide the services you request and keep a record of our communications. Our legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

Who we share it with

Your details are never sold. With your agreement, we share relevant information with counterparties, escrow agents, inspection facilities or maintenance partners where needed for your request. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to six years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by emailing private@atlasaeromarine.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
